Job Title : Dynamics Developer
Location: Jackson, MS, Onsite

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics Developer to support mission-critical applications and deliver innovative technology solutions. This role requires strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies, along with proven experience mentoring developers and driving application development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Application Development & Maintenance

    • Design, build, test, implement, maintain, and upgrade agency applications and programs.

    • Develop and maintain plugins and custom JavaScript to extend Power Platform functionality.

    • Code, test, and debug applications to ensure reliability and performance.

  • Analysis & Support

    • Analyze, research, and evaluate existing applications for improvements.

    • Provide end-user support for mission-critical applications and databases.

    • Troubleshoot, resolve, and support application-related issues.

    • Collaboration & Documentation

      • Perform functional analysis and document system requirements.

      • Provide training, guidance, and assistance to users and technical teams.

      • Manage permission requests across various software systems.

      • Participate in system upgrades and enhancements.

      • Reporting & Integration

        • Develop reports, dashboards, and system interfaces to support business operations.

          • Required Qualifications

          • Recent, hands-on experience mentoring and guiding other developers.

          • Strong knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and model-driven app configuration.

          • Proficiency in coding with Microsoft Dynamics or other structured application systems (SAS) languages.

          • 6+ years of recent professional experience in:

            • C# development

            • Azure (as a Service)

            • Power BI

            • Azure DevOps

            Preferred Qualifications

            • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200).

            • Familiarity with Azure services and other Microsoft technologies.

            • Experience with Agile development methodologies.

            • Prior project experience in government or financial services environments.
