Workday Reporting Analyst (HCM And Financials)

Hybrid onsite in Atlanta, GA

Overview: Workday systems support including helping with systems integrations from M&A, helping with getting systems moved over like payroll, as well as conducting a lot of reporting, analytics and presenting to executive level management.

Required Experience:

• Workday FI experience is needed, adaptive Financials the road map
• Workday reporting analysis experience in the HR department
• Workday functional roadmaps, business procedures, roadmap and strategies, scoping, planning for application enhancements, config changes; they use Adaptive and Sandbox
• Application usage monitoring
• Support performance
• Excel pivot tables
• PowerBI
• Ability to process massive amounts of data and do data audits
• Multinational / global environment experience
• Data Steward / Data Analytics background
• Security in relation to Workday reporting
• Jira or Confluence
• SmartSheets
