Must-Have Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in network administration or IT support roles
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft server environments, Microsoft 365, and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
- Hands-on experience with Cisco and Meraki network equipment, as well as VoIP systems
Nice to Have:
- Experience documenting and supporting compliance-driven IT environments
- Familiarity with Active Directory, GPOs, file/print services, TCP/IP services, and network performance tools like PRTG or ManageEngine
