Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced AWX Administrator to manage and optimize our automation platform for network configuration across public cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on expertise with Ansible AWX/Tower, network automation, and cloud networking. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation workflows that streamline network operations, improve scalability, and ensure compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Ansible AWX/Tower administration.
- Proficiency in developing Ansible playbooks for network automation.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, switching.
- Experience with public cloud networking (AWS VPC, Azure VNets, Google Cloud Platform networking).
- Expertise in Python, YAML, and Jinja2 templating.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
