Location: MN-Maplewood, Hybrid 1-2 days onsite

Responsibilities:

Assist in cross-programs coordination; integrated timeline, cross-program risks resolution, and dependencies and risk awareness

Create cross-programs status reporting

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience

Project and Agile methodologies knowledge

Ability to learn, adapt, and change course quickly

TOP: Strong written and verbal communication to all audience levels, tailoring to stakeholder levels

TOP: Knowledgeable and inquisitive about AI tools applied to Project Management

Ability to work with Global teams, flexibility to work different time zones as necessary to project/program scope and milestones

Governance and project management skills, anticipating risks, and triggering escalations and mitigation plans before becoming issues

MS Office and Jira experience

Openness and eagerness to learn PowerBI and qTest (agile execution, RAIDS, Projects WBS, timeline and high level project management in system)

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
