About this Position :
We are seeking a Cloud Architect to work on a team of IT project professionals to review, assess, and remediate issues across a number of initiatives across the IT portfolio. Projects includes: Better Bus Network Redesign, Trapeze to HASTUS Migration, Fleet Technology Optimization: Bus Technology Optimization, Railcar-to everything communication, Access Services Technology Optimization, Tap-n-Go, Exadata migration to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Designs, develops, implements, utilizes, and conforms to enterprise cloud architecture application solutions, strategies, processes, and standards, focusing on expertise in cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with business owners, Analysts, Engineers, development teams, and infrastructure services to define, establish, and communicate application and data architecture standards, policies, and directions.
- Designs high quality architectures and drives architecture activities that are aligned to organization requirements set by leadership on behalf of stakeholders and are consistent with enterprise architectural standards.
Qualifications
- 4 years Experience with Docker and Kubernetes troubleshooting.
- 4 years Experience supporting production environment on ISP (Azure Required Plus AWS/Google Cloud Preferred)
- 4 years Experience in a national US focused high performing team and challenge yourself and the team to improve skills and capabilities (professional manner)
- Sense of ownership and Get-it-done approach.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
