Job Summary:
We are seeking an AWS Certified Data Engineer with proven experience in designing and integrating external systems into AWS data lakes using S3, AWS Glue, and Lake Formation. The ideal candidate will be skilled in data ingestion, transformation, and cataloging, with a strong grasp of IAM roles, security policies, and Redshift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate external systems into AWS data lakes and S3 storage.
- Develop Lambda functions to consume APIs for data ingestion and transformation.
- Configure AWS Glue Data Catalog and use Crawlers to catalog datasets.
- Set up and manage Lake Formation for security and metadata management.
- Define IAM roles, bucket policies, and encryption settings for secure access.
- Manage granular access control with Lake Formation permissions.
- Familiarity with NICE APIs and products
