Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead and manage projects effectively while ensuring Agile principles are followed. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in both project management and Scrum practices, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within scope.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead and manage projects effectively while ensuring Agile principles are followed. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in both project management and Scrum practices, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.).
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles and promote continuous improvement within teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve impediments promptly.
- Track and report project progress, metrics, and status to leadership and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration across teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master and Project Manager in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing distributed teams and onshore-offshore delivery models.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.
- PMP or other project management certifications (optional but a plus).
