One of TEKsystems top customers is looking for a Data Analyst.
*Must be eligible to work W2*
Description
The Senior Analyst will provide performance measurement and strategic analysis to influence marketing priorities This individual will be responsible for interacting with various departments within the company to find, consolidate & manipulate data from multiple large data sets; to analyze and understand results to provide insights to the business; and to create reports and/or dashboards for the applicable business owners of each cruise brand. To perform this position successfully, the individual should be a self-starter and be able to complete small projects with little direction. Furthermore, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities
Analyze and report on the performance of a wide variety of email campaigns.
Influence business decisions through analytics and identifies actionable, data-driven insights.
Aggregates large data sets for analysis. Develops data strategies specifically around data structures, identifying critical information, as well as the tools used to retrieve and analyze the data.
Creates dashboards, automated reports, report templates & presentations. Uses data visualization tools, such as Power BI, to provide an easy-to-understand interface for end users to quickly identify key themes within data.
Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly reporting on business trends to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BA) required with a degree focus in Marketing, Business, Finance or other quantitative discipline preferred
2-3 years of work experience required, with experience performing either strategic digital analysis, financial analysis or business intelligence/marketing analytics highly preferred
Proficiency in SQL with proven ability to manipulate large data sets with a strong understanding of relational databases
Working experience developing dashboards with advanced data visualizations in PowerBi
Experience in travel/leisure hospitality preferred
Ability to work with & manipulate large sets of data and to make tactical decisions with large financial impacts with minimal supervision
Experience with Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving and problem identification
Attention to detail required
Ability to operate in a team environment, with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities at once in a fast-pace environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
