Job Details
Job Role: Duck Creek Policy Business Analyst/Lead
Location: Tempa, FL (onsite/Hybrid)
Duration: Long-term
Required Skills & Experience:
- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements for Duck Creek Policy implementations across Personal Lines with overall 8 - 10 years of experience in P&C
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and system requirement documents
- Strong understanding of Duck Creek modules including Rating Forms Pages and Underwriting workflows
- Experience of writing internal and 3rd party integration requirements and understanding of APIs
- Participate in sprint planning UAT and production support activities including high severity defect resolution
- Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of Duck Creek solutions
- Conduct gap analysis and propose enhancements to existing Duck Creek implementations
- Support integration efforts with third party systems and downstream applications
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
