Job Details

Job Role: Duck Creek Policy Business Analyst/Lead
Location: Tempa, FL (onsite/Hybrid)
Duration: Long-term

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements for Duck Creek Policy implementations across Personal Lines with overall 8 - 10 years of experience in P&C
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and system requirement documents
  • Strong understanding of Duck Creek modules including Rating Forms Pages and Underwriting workflows
  • Experience of writing internal and 3rd party integration requirements and understanding of APIs
  • Participate in sprint planning UAT and production support activities including high severity defect resolution
  • Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of Duck Creek solutions
  • Conduct gap analysis and propose enhancements to existing Duck Creek implementations
  • Support integration efforts with third party systems and downstream applications
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
