- Facilitates project intake process
- Contributes to Governance & oversight of project portfolio
- Continuously improves effectiveness and efficiency of the intake process by incorporating lessons learned, and best practices
- Establishes procedures to improve accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of estimates accuracy
- Proficient in ServiceNow ITSM processes
- Leveraging technology to issue all communications and providing key stakeholder management
- Proficient in Agile mode of working
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
