Roles & Responsibilities

  • Facilitates project intake process
  • Contributes to Governance & oversight of project portfolio
  • Continuously improves effectiveness and efficiency of the intake process by incorporating lessons learned, and best practices
  • Establishes procedures to improve accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of estimates accuracy
  • Proficient in ServiceNow ITSM processes
  • Leveraging technology to issue all communications and providing key stakeholder management
  • Proficient in Agile mode of working
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
