Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement program strategies, objectives, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate and participate on project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Manage program budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
• Evaluate program performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to project team members, ensuring their professional development.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm s respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management).
• Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
