We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to lead and support a team through a major migration from Snowflake to a new data environment. This is a 70% hands-on data role and 30% strategic leadership, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and collaboration with senior leadership.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Experience Requirements:
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in data engineering/architecture.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience leading a data team or technical team.
- Proven ability to manage data-related projects and partner with senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
