**Onsite | Greenwood Village, CO**

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to lead and support a team through a major migration from Snowflake to a new data environment. This is a 70% hands-on data role and 30% strategic leadership, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and collaboration with senior leadership.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $65 - $72 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, build, and maintenance of scalable data architectures and pipelines.
  • Guide the team through the migration from Snowflake to the new data platform.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support to other team members.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align data strategy with business objectives.
  • Translate analytical requirements into actionable engineering solutions.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards are maintained.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.


Experience Requirements:
Experience & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in data engineering/architecture.
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience leading a data team or technical team.
  • Proven ability to manage data-related projects and partner with senior leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
