Salary Range: $70,000-80,000

ECS is looking for a Purchasing Specialist to conduct procurement transactions as directed by a Postal Supply Management Specialist and Team Lead.
Responsibilities include :
- Contract funding actions
- Contract close-outs
- Administrative contract modifications
- Unused funds decommitments
- Period of Performance extensions
- Contracting Officer's Representative changes
- Communication with Internal Business Partners and suppliers
Required Skills
- Must have a relevant college degree (Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Procurement)
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, Supply Management, Account Management, Sales, Information Technology, Law, or other related fields.
- Must have strong communication skills (both written and oral)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
