You are a seasoned Dynamics development leader (8-10 years) who understands business challenges and can effectively propose technology solutions. You are a solid professional communicator with personal skills to make positive impact within the team.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.

Technical Experience: Experience working with Cloud Azure, Power PlatformsKnowledge of Waterfall / DevOps / Agile methodologiesAbility to work in a team effectivelyMicrosoft certification on one or more Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules and AzureMinimum 8+ years of experience implementing, configuring and developing solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming languages like C#Knowledge of Visual Studio or any other IDEGood knowledge of SQL and Relational Database management systemsSolid and in-depth knowledge of CRM processes gained within complex projects.Skills on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platformSkills on CRM processes in Manufacturing (helpful)Skills on at least two modules of the CRM suite (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing)Experience in PowerPlatform native components, and Software Delivery.





Note: Occasional meetings in Greensboro office (2-4 times a month in beginning due to ramp up, then just 1-2 per month (estimated) for F2F meetings.)
