We re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to serve as the technical lead for deploying APIs and SDKs into enterprise customer environments.
This role requires deep technical expertise, strong ownership, and the ability to manage both engineering challenges and customer interactions.
You ll be responsible for full-cycle implementation from integration to delivery while influencing product direction through feedback from the field.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical implementation of APIs/SDKs in enterprise environments
Own outcomes across customer engagements, from kickoff through deployment
Balance hands-on engineering with external communication and solutioning
Translate customer needs into technical outcomes and influence internal roadmap
Provide product feedback based on real-world implementation insights
