About the Role
The Oracle Fusion ERP Reporting Analyst will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing reports, dashboards, and analytics that drive business decisions across the Finance organization. This individual will translate complex ERP data into actionable insights, ensuring leadership and stakeholders have the visibility they need to manage performance effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial and operational reports, dashboards, and KPIs within the Oracle Fusion ERP environment.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to understand reporting needs, data flows, and business processes.
- Optimize existing reports and analytics to improve performance, accuracy, and usability.
- Design and implement custom reporting solutions using Oracle Fusion tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, etc.).
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance across all reports and analytics.
- Support month-end and quarter-end reporting cycles with ad-hoc analysis and data validation.
- Document report definitions, data sources, and change history for audit and compliance purposes.
- Provide training and guidance to Finance stakeholders on report usage and self-service capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in ERP reporting or analytics, preferably within Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, EPM, or Financials).
- Hands-on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and other Oracle reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of financial processes such as GL, AP, AR, and Procurement.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization best practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle EPM, Smart View, or data warehouse integrations.
- Familiarity with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes.
- Background in process improvement or automation within Finance or ERP systems.
