The Opportunity

As part of the Infrastructure team you will support the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP HANA across enterprise environments. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and build meaningful client relationships while navigating the intricacies of data management and enterprise platform engineering. This role offers the chance to enhance your technical knowledge and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the organization.

Responsibilities

- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

- Foster meaningful relationships with clients to understand their needs

- Utilize technical knowledge to improve processes and outcomes

- Work with cross-functional teams to drive project success

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 3 years of experience in SAP HANA administration, data management, or enterprise platform engineering

What Sets You Apart

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering preferred

- Demonstrating thorough abilities as a team leader

- Supporting SAP HANA installation and administration

- Assisting in implementing security frameworks and access controls

- Monitoring and troubleshooting system performance

- Contributing to data provisioning strategies

- Applying DevSecOps practices to system operations

- Working with product and engineering teams

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
