ServiceNow with Optimizer Module

Overview:

• 10+ years of experience in Service Management tools, including BMC Remedy, HP Service Desk, and ServiceNow.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform.
• 5+ years of experience in designing end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Utilize extensive expertise in Service Management tools (BMC Remedy, HP Service Desk) to enhance and optimize ServiceNow implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technical leadership in the implementation of ServiceNow Process Optimizer tool.
• Strong experience in implementing ServiceNow Work Force Optimizer Tool.
• Obtain and maintain CIS-ITSM certification.

Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules.
• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide).
• Experience with ServiceNow integration methodologies.
• Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
• Familiarity with BMC Remedy, HP Service Desk, and other Service Management tools.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Process Optimizer tool.
• Preferred: Experience with ServiceNow Work Force Optimizer Tool.
