Description
This position will primarily be responsible for supporting Incline Accounting systems including Oracle Fusion Financial Cloud ("Fusion") and Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management, "EPM") suite.
System Administration & User Support
Manage user setup, permissions, and system configuration.
ERP (Fusion and EPM) Application administration and support including monitor ERP system integration points with other systems.
Maintain the Test environment to facilitate thorough testing of all system changes.
Provide user training on upgrade changes and enhancements and other system modifications.
Work closely with the users to resolve any daily/monthly operation issues.
Create new or modify existing reports in response to user request for information.
Perform gap/system analysis and recommend improvement.
Support auditors with all requests and systems documentation.
Assist in the review of enhancements and projects after implementation to ensure functionality aligns with agreed specifications. Ensure new functionality meets organizational goals.
Business Process Support and Improvements
Define and maintain a set of core and support processes independent of functional and organizational boundaries.
Assist Management to ensure solutions developed are aligned to BBAM standards, leverage common solutions and services, and meet financial targets (cost and benefits).
Maintain work plans, incident tracking, error tracking, and documentation required to effectively manage deliverables and expectations consistent with business requirements.
In conjunction with business partners, initiate IT project requests, perform/lead initial analysis of the request and provide initial assessment and estimation of the effort.
Take ownership and a 'hands-on' approach to define projects to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of a core business process.
Requirements
Required:
Must be able to coordinate SaaS application upgrade with the vendor.
Identify operational objectives by analyzing business functions, collecting relevant data, and assessing output requirements and formats.
Must be up to date with technological trends and new capabilities.
Establish and coordinate appropriate planning and testing for application updates, extensions, and enhancements.
Experience with vendor/supplier management for software and related services.
Experience with preparing application documentation and training, including developing training materials
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience interacting with employees at all levels.
Experience maintaining systems security including system access, monitoring, and control.
Exhibit strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage a demanding workload with minimal supervision; involves multiple tasks, responsibilities and competing deadlines.
Must have a strong work ethic, a self-starter with strong initiative. Ability to operate with a high level of independence.
Ability and desire to explore systems and software features and functionalities to solve and or enhance business functions and processes.
Experience/Knowledge/Qualifications RequiredEducational Requirements
BS or Microsoft in Computer Science, BA or BS in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration with significant related work experience.
Required Work Experience
The candidate should have a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with IT Controls and Audits.
Broad and extensive knowledge of application delivery methods and familiar with how portfolios of systems work together to create enterprise solutions.
Technical Skills
Strong design and implementation experience.
Strong software troubleshooting skills.
Strong reporting, data quality, and data management skills.
Familiarity with Oracle SQL and Oracle SmartView.
Familiarity with Business Intelligence, analytics, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) concept.
Familiarity with business process development and related documentation.
Above average proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Visio)
