Quality Analyst Plano, TX

IDR is seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Analyst to join one of our top consulting clients in Plano, TX! This is a great opportunity to join a growing organization, contribute to meaningful technology projects, and work with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into user stories using JIRA.
Support project planning and help identify and manage project tasks and milestones.
Work closely with software developers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
Conduct quality assurance testing, define test cases, and report and track defects.
Provide regular status updates and ensure clear, timely communication with stakeholders.
Maintain thorough documentation of project requirements, meeting notes, and test plans.
What You Bring:
3+ years of experience as a Technical Quality Analyst or IT Analyst in a technical environment.
Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and JIRA user story creation.
Experience with Agile methodologies and understanding of software development processes.
Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
