Payrate: $50.00 - $50.00/hr.

Summary:
The role is responsible for the implementation of a best-in-class Company payment infrastructure onsite ensuring it is stable and reliable and maintains a consistent spectator payment experience across all points-of-sale. This could include assessment and use of existing payment infrastructure in venues, determining and developing necessary enhancements or software upgrades to existing technology, or the replacement of infrastructure with new hardware and/or software for event period. Individual will be responsible for event time management and troubleshooting of system or systems used.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the selection of vendors / acquirer(s) for the planning and implementation of event time acceptance networks to include the Point-of-Sale and ATM infrastructure in host markets.
  • Build requirements, project plans and manage contracts of the selected vendors project team to ensure adequate support and management of the project
  • Responsible for ensuring that rigorous testing of all software and hardware components takes place to ensure Company product acceptance
  • Manage and track event time telecommunications and power requirements
  • Develop ATM implementation plan including ATM locations within venues
  • Develop POS/ATM Help Desk plan with acquirers and event time maintenance plan
  • Responsible for development and schedule of merchant training for POS
  • Operations contact with key stakeholders supporting onsite acceptance networks
  • Consult with country, regional, and global CSS, product, risk, and other appropriate teams to ensure a reliable network and appropriate Company product acceptance
  • Develop and implement meticulous payment reporting processes and templates to be implemented from event-to-event. If necessary, develop and circulate reporting requirements for event organizers / third parties to follow.
  • Develop onsite escalation and troubleshooting processes for merchant and Company support staff to adhere to onsite.
  • Conduct rigorous payment solution assessments of any existing infrastructure proposed to be used by event organizers to ensure Company standard requirement thresholds for IOC/FIFA events are met and respected. Develop the necessary requirements documents and processes to ensure compliance from any third parties.
  • Develop staffing plan pre event and during event.
  • Work with vendors to identify appropriate staff to support onsite efforts:
  • Develop staffing schedule for event time
  • Develop credential plan for relevant staff
  • Develop and execute staff training
  • Develop and manage project budget and process invoices with the appropriate Company finance/accounting staff.
  • Manage and direct staff before, during and after the event.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree required
  • Knowledge and experience with card acceptance and payment solutions
  • Global event or large scale event related experience highly desirable
  • Proven ability to prioritize workloads, manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results
  • Proven ability to manage and lead teams toward common goals
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Self-starter, comfortable working independently, detail oriented
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel locally and globally if required
  • Excellent English speaking, presentation and writing skills

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $50.00 - $50.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
