Job Description:
The Platform Support Engineer will support and optimize a customer engagement platform built on AWS (Amazon Connect + Salesforce CRM integration). This role blends cloud engineering, DevOps practices, monitoring/observability, and troubleshooting of call flows. The engineer must be comfortable working across infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and platform operations, while also collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
- Amazon Connect Strong troubleshooting of call flows, routing, and voice/call architectures.
- AWS Services Must have practical experience with Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, IAM.
- Infrastructure-as-Code Proficiency with Terraform (IaC best practices a must).
- CI/CD & Version Control Experience with GitHub and Azure DevOps for pipelines and deployments.
- Monitoring & Alerting Proficiency in tools like Datadog, Operata, CloudWatch (dashboards, alerts, observability).
- Troubleshooting Strong debugging skills for complex systems and call flows.
- Communication Skills Ability to work with business leaders, customers, and engineers to explain and resolve issues.
