Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Feature Lead to join our team in building a next-generation wire payment processing platform. This role blends leadership, architecture, and hands-on development responsibilities, requiring deep expertise in modern technologies and payment systems.

The Feature Lead will guide cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact features, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical standards, and agile delivery practices. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java, Node.js, Oracle, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform). Familiarity with Finacle core banking platform is a significant plus.

This role demands a strong understanding of payment systems including Wire, ACH, and RTP, and the ability to lead teams through complex technical challenges.
