Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Manufacturing IT Delivery Leader with 15+ years of experience to lead enterprise-scale IT solution delivery for major manufacturing clients. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in digital transformation, COTS implementations, automation technologies, and large-scale delivery leadership. The ideal candidate will have deep domain knowledge across automotive, supply chain, and industrial manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end IT delivery for manufacturing clients, aligning IT solutions with business and operational strategies.
Provide domain thought leadership across automotive, supply chain, logistics, and related manufacturing segments.
Drive AI and automation initiatives using RPA tools like UiPath, Power Automate, and Automation Anywhere.
Oversee large-scale implementations of MES, ERP, PLM, and SCADA systems; ensure quality, budget, and scalability compliance.
Manage presales activities including RFIs, RFPs, proposals, and account expansions.
Evaluate and manage vendor relationships for COTS tools, ensuring compliance with US operational and regulatory standards.
Engage with CxOs and business stakeholders to define IT strategy, transformation roadmaps, and program priorities.
Build, mentor, and manage high-performing global delivery teams using onsite/offshore models.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (FDA, OSHA, SOX, ISO) in IT solution deployments.
Drive smart factory initiatives including Industry 4.0, IIoT, and MES transformations.
Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize portfolio profitability (P&L ownership).
Key Skills & Qualifications:
18+ years in IT delivery and leadership, with 10+ years in manufacturing-focused roles.
Proven success in leading COTS solution implementations (SAP, Oracle, Siemens, Rockwell, AspenTech).
Deep expertise in MES, ERP, PLM, SCADA systems.
Strong program/project management skills (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Experienced in Industry 4.0, IT governance, and manufacturing IT modernization.
Knowledge of US manufacturing regulations and compliance.
Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior business stakeholders.
