Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis
  • Engage with government agencies, IT partners, and policy makers to gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping sessions to understand current challenges and future needs related to citizen identity management.
  • Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Document 'as-is' and 'to-be' business processes, focusing on the end-to-end lifecycle of citizen identity creation, verification, maintenance, and retirement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design workflows that support automation, self-service capabilities, and seamless integration with legacy systems.
  • Support the project manager in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverable schedules.
  • Track progress against milestones and identify risks and issues affecting scope, schedule, or budget.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between business and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in large-scale IT or public sector projects.
  • Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation.
  • Strong understanding of identity management concepts, data privacy, and security best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with government or citizen-facing digital services.
  • Background in data analytics, information security, or enterprise architecture.
