Job Title: Tableau Developer
Location: McLean, VA (Local Candidates Only Face-to-Face Interview Required)
Type: Contract

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
3 6 years of hands-on experience developing Tableau dashboards and reports.
Strong proficiency in SQL (experience with joins, subqueries, stored procedures).
Experience working with data warehouses, relational databases, and ETL processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience with performance tuning and data optimization in Tableau.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with business and technical teams.
Ability to work onsite in McLean, VA and attend face-to-face meetings/interviews.
