Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to lead and oversee complex, large-scale projects in Lewisville, Texas. In this long-term contract position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery while meeting objectives related to scope, quality, and timelines. This role requires you to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, utilizing advanced project management tools and methodologies.
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and oversee multiple large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
Develop detailed project charters, schedules, and budgets, identifying critical paths and risk mitigation strategies.
Conduct initiation meetings to define project scope and establish processes for execution and monitoring.
Monitor project progress by using industry-standard tools to track schedules, costs, and deliverables.
Manage stakeholder engagement and build consensus across departments to achieve project objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams, assigning roles and responsibilities to ensure successful project execution.
Document and analyze lessons learned at project close to facilitate continuous improvement.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope statements, schedules, and change orders.
Utilize project management software to forecast, re-forecast, and control project timelines and budgets.
Provide guidance and resolve conflicts within project teams to maintain productivity and alignment.
Requirements
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with strategic oversight.
Strong expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and software, including Project and Atlassian Jira.
Advanced knowledge of network, hardware, and software technologies, as well as cloud and CRM/ERP systems.
Demonstrated skills in risk management, change management, and contingency planning.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Access.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with AB testing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to interpret technical data and make informed decisions.
