As the Director of Data Governance, you will be at the forefront of leading the global development and execution of our data governance strategy. You will ensure the integrity, accuracy, and ethical use of data across the organization, positioning Concentrix as a leader in data-driven excellence. This pivotal role involves collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders to establish robust data governance practices that not only enhance operational efficiency but also support our strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance framework aligned with business objectives
  • Lead the data governance team by providing strategic guidance, promoting a culture of data excellence, and driving data literacy initiatives and executive dashboards that showcase the ROI of governance efforts.
  • Develop data quality metrics and monitoring processes to identify and address data issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive data governance initiatives and strategic projects
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and practices to ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPPA, SOC2)
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to address data privacy and security concerns
  • Oversee data quality management processes, including data profiling, cleansing, and validation, metadata curation, lineage, business-glossary adoption, and data-quality scorecards.
  • Implement data stewardship programs to ensure accountability and ownership of data assets
  • Inspire and lead a global team to bring thought leadership, drive innovation, and achieve exceptional business results
  • Work with IT, analytics, and business units to integrate data governance into their processes and systems.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for data governance issues, providing expertise and support to stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver training programs to promote data governance awareness and best practices across the organization.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data governance (e.g, data catalogs, metadata management, and data quality tools)

Experience
  • Demonstrable experience leading a global data governance, data management, or a related discipline in a complex matrixed organization
  • Proven experience in a leadership role with a track record of successful data governance and demonstrated ownership of an enterprise-class Master Data Management implementations
  • Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, tools, and industry regulations
  • Preferred certifications: DAMA CDMP, Reltio/Informatica/Profisee
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring MDM teams and fostering effective partnerships with data stewards and data owners.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Ability to work with senior level leaders across the business and influence the opinions of others.

The base salary range for this position is $145,000- $185,000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
