As an Entry-Level Systems Technician, you'll provide hands-on technical support to ensure that critical IT infrastructure-computers, printers, scanners, and network systems-operates efficiently across the Ohio Distribution Center. This role is perfect for someone with basic computer knowledge, great problem-solving skills, and a passion for learning in a dynamic environment.

Hours & Pay:


Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (occasional weekend support as needed)


Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Daily Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical support for Windows PCs, wireless devices, barcode and laserjet printers, proprietary and commercial software, and user administration.

  • Assist remote IT and infrastructure teams with hands-on local support as needed.

  • Monitor and maintain the Warehouse Management System and other integrated systems to ensure smooth operations.

  • Perform basic system operations such as server monitoring, tape management, and user profile administration.

  • Conduct regular maintenance on all IT equipment throughout the facility to ensure optimal performance.

  • Maintain accurate records and inventory for all IT hardware, including mobile devices and peripherals.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production or system issues promptly to minimize downtime.

  • Provide excellent customer service to all departments, ensuring timely responses to technical inquiries or service calls.

  • Work flexible hours or occasional weekends as needed to support operations.


Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Basic understanding of computers, wireless devices, and printers.

  • Self-motivated and capable of independent decision-making.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to follow written procedures and resolve production problems efficiently.

  • Willingness to work overtime or weekends when necessary.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
