Opportunity Summary:

This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced MS Dynamics Administrator to take ownership of the back-end configuration and support of a full ERP implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations) and be comfortable working in a high-impact, onsite role supporting Finance, Projects, Invoicing, and Procurement modules.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Application Administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP

  • Configure and maintain workflows, forms, and data fields

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:

    • Purchase Orders not routing correctly

    • Invoicing workflow issues

    • Addition of custom fields

  • Focus on ERP modules related to:

    • Finance

    • Projects (Primary emphasis)

    • Invoicing

    • Purchase Orders

  • Provide initial implementation support, followed by ongoing support and hypercare

  • Collaborate with Finance and Project Management teams to align system behavior with business needs


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Admin, particularly with Finance and Project modules

  • Strong understanding of workflow configuration and back-end ERP customization

  • Ability to work independently and onsite in Midland, TX

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with midstream or energy companies

  • Exposure to ERP implementations in smaller or private-equity-backed companies
