Job Description:

• Seeking to support team as program coordinator/scrum master to manage daily stand-ups for team of 35+.
• Candidate will own the agendas, takeaway management, and escalations.
• Candidate will be expected to manage clear and concise meeting takeaways and turn those into action items.
• Candidate will partner internally with peer to manage program risk and issues. Candidate will own project /initiative plans.
• Candidate will also own regular reporting and status updates (e.g. 4 blocker status) and help managers with tracking reporting/update deliverables.

In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution and contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Business Execution deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution.

Required Qualifications:

• 4 plus years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Pay Range: $57 - $60 on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
