Job Title: Genesys IVR Developer
Location: Newark, NJ Hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week)
Job Type: Contract
Rate: Up to $80/hr (C2C) | $60 $70/hr (W2)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Genesys IVR Developer to join our team in Newark, NJ. This hybrid role is ideal for a motivated professional with deep experience in developing and deploying multichannel self-service and IVR applications using Genesys Cloud CX. The candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative contact center solutions that enhance customer experience across voice and digital channels.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in application development for contact center platforms.
- Proven experience with Genesys Cloud CX, including IVR, routing, and omnichannel orchestration.
- In-depth knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX Architect, including development and configuration.
- Strong understanding of Genesys Framework, APIs, and integration capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to build multi-channel solutions with customer-centric designs.
- Experience in implementing speech-enabled interfaces and dynamic menus.
- Genesys Cloud CX Certification in one or more areas (Inbound, Outbound, Multi-channel, Integration, Recording, Reporting, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
