Wealth Management Business Architect || Hybrid at Hoboken NJ
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain business capability models and target-state architecture for wealth management.
- Map and optimize end-to-end processes (e.g., advisory onboarding, trade processing, billing, portfolio reporting).
- Translate business requirements into architectural blueprints, including process flows and integration designs.
- Collaborate with IT, solution architects, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of business and technical solutions.
- Lead workshops and design sessions to gather requirements and drive consensus on architecture decisions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and data governance frameworks.
- Support platform migrations and digital transformation initiatives (e.g., Temenos, CRM, billing systems).
- Provide architectural oversight during solution delivery, UAT, and release planning.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in business or solution architecture within wealth management, private banking, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of wealth management workflows (advisory, investments, billing, CRM, trading).
- Expertise in process modeling, capability mapping, and integration planning.
- Familiarity with architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate) and modeling standards (UML, BPMN).
- Bachelor s degree in business, Finance, IT, or related field; MBA or architecture certifications (TOGAF, CBAP) a plus.
- Experience with tools such as ArchiMate, Visio, JIRA, and platforms like Temenos, Salesforce, Varicent.
