Sr. Data Engineer only (W2)
Location: US Remote
Project Duration: 1 year+
Must Have Requirements:
- 9+ years Scala experience (Should self rate Scala as a minimum of 8 out of 10)
- Proven background in Databricks streaming.
- Solid understanding of data architecture, pipeline orchestration, and data modeling.
- Comfortable with cloud environments and tools.
- Experience in external client-facing roles.
Preferred Experience:
- Scala + Databricks
- Experience with orchestration tools.
- Exposure to data governance compliance.
- Familiarity with Databricks Technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Delta Lake and Lakehouse patterns.
- Familiarity with Unity Catalog - metadata management, access control, and governance.
