Job Title: Sr. Solution Architect Windows / SCCM
Location: Tampa, FL
Clearance: Top Secret (Active) Required
Contract Length: 1 Year
Certification Required: CompTIA Security+

Position Overview

This role focuses on supporting Windows 10 and SCCM deployment processes, including coordination of build workflows, factory integration, task sequence configuration, imaging, and driver management. The Sr. Solution Architect will act as a liaison between onsite teams, engineering resources, and image development teams to ensure smooth systems deployment and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as a Windows 10 / SCCM Client Resident resource

  • Implement and validate Boot-in-Factory process hooks for each Task Sequence release

  • Export approved task sequences and upload to factory production environment

  • Coordinate First Article testing for new imaging builds and collect approval feedback

  • Provide guidance on hardware driver configuration during hardware model transitions

  • Troubleshoot and resolve driver-related issues specifically on Dell hardware platforms

  • Advise technical leadership on best practices for factory-based deployment workflows

  • Assist with SCCM OSD Task Sequence configuration and optimization

  • Contribute to operational documentation: architecture, maintenance, and upgrade processes

  • Assist with SCCM OSD updates to support Windows 10 feature updates (Windows-as-a-Service)

  • Participate in rollout schedule planning for new OS images and releases

  • Coordinate communication across onsite SCCM administrators, image engineering teams, and factory integration teams

Required Skills & Experience

  • Active Top Secret Clearance (mandatory)

  • CompTIA Security+ certification

  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10, SCCM / MECM, OSD Task Sequencing, and driver management

  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise deployments

  • Ability to communicate effectively between engineering, admin, and operations teams
