Position: Portfolio Management Associate
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-time/Permanent
Experience / Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of real estate private equity, and analysis/asset management experience.
Degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field with a strong record of academic achievement.
Advanced proficiency with MS Excel required; strong experience creating reports and dashboards in Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.
Strong experience with financial modeling, including detailed property-level financial statement analysis, budgeting/forecasting, and performance metrics.
Job Description:
Maintain comprehensive oversight of the firm s SFR investment portfolios.
Support the implementation of the investment strategies, business plans, and objectives for each of the funds under management.
Support day-to-day decisions to optimize portfolio composition.
Closely monitor all elements of financial performance; analyze financial statements and ensure the implementation of recommended operating adjustments.
Play a key role in the budgeting process to create, compile, organize, and evaluate projections and operating data; monitor and help administer budget compliance and implementation.
Produce and update investor reporting.
Monitor and assist with budgets, forecasts, performance reports, timelines, and management plans.
Build and maintain portfolio forecasting models for various purposes.
Manage and improve internal procedures and processes.
Review macro, market, and sub-market analysis of the US housing market as it relates to asset management strategies.
