Job Title: Project Manager GPU Capacity & Planning
Location: Remote (USA)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in GPU compute capacity planning and forecasting to lead infrastructure scaling and resource optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, ML, and infrastructure teams to manage GPU demand planning, usage analysis, and procurement forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional GPU planning projects from concept to execution.
  • Develop and track GPU demand forecasts and capacity models.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure and ML teams to align compute requirements with planning roadmaps.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and communication plans.
  • Collaborate with finance, procurement, and ops teams for budget tracking and GPU resource procurement.
  • Define and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for utilization visibility.
  • Track cloud-based (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and on-prem GPU consumption patterns.
  • Communicate GPU availability and usage trends to stakeholders in engineering and leadership.
  • Drive continuous process improvement in GPU planning and resource allocation strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, ideally in infrastructure or compute resource planning.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with GPU demand & capacity planning (e.g., ML workloads, inference, HPC).
  • Strong understanding of GPU workloads and compute patterns in ML training/inference.
  • Experience working with forecasting tools, capacity models, and performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and on-prem GPU environments.
  • Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and visualization/reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • PMP certification or Agile/Scrum experience is a plus.
