Currently we are searching for a Technical Support/ Scada Specialist, to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Tech Support Specialist who has basic experience with SCADA systems, to join our team. In this role you will provide technical assistance, resolve hardware/software/network issues, support users and help maintain our technology infrastructure including SCADA-enabled control or monitoring systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a first point of contact for technical issues (hardware, software, network, end-user devices) and provide prompt support.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical problems through phone, remote access, email or in-person.
  • Install, configure, maintain and upgrade computers, laptops, desktops, peripherals, mobile devices and standard IT infrastructure.
  • Provide support and monitoring for SCADA systems: assist with installation/configuration of SCADA workstations/servers, monitor SCADA alarms/events, support basic SCADA troubleshooting (hardware, software, communications).
  • Assist with SCADA field/remote equipment as needed, such as remote terminal units (RTUs), programmable logic controllers (PLCs) or sensors & instrumentation interfaces.
  • Use and maintain ticketing systems, track issue resolution, update documentation and knowledge base.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering Technology or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in a technical support/help-desk role, ideally with exposure to SCADA systems or industrial control/monitoring systems.
  • Basic experience with SCADA: e.g., monitoring SCADA systems, supporting SCADA alarms/communications, working with SCADA displays/HMIs, supporting RTPLCs or field instrumentation.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, network and communications issues.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal) with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS), standard productivity software, peripheral devices and networking fundamentals.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and deliver excellent customer service.
