Job Details

The Team:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Client Engagement Partner with a desire to work with clients, who is looking to work in a fast-paced service environment.

The Role:

This role would be working directly with a Senior Client Partner in redefining, developing, and leading their clients. The primary role will be collaborating with clients while working directly with our Product Delivery Managers to help prioritize requests and manage timelines.
A successful candidate will be comfortable leading client meetings, communicating all client needs, from timelines, requirements, and requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and expanding client relationships, driving sales, and delivering tailored solutions to meet clients' business needs.
  • Client Relationship Management- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to understand their business objectives and challenges.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution- Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets. This includes identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Solution Development- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized solutions that address clients' specific needs, leveraging the company's products and services.
  • Financial Management- Oversee the financial aspects of client accounts, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability
  • Market Analysis- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide strategic insights and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience: Typically requires 2-3 years in the IT industry with a focus on sales and business development, particularly within the IT services sector.

Skills: Strong consultative selling abilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of industry's dynamics.

Education: A bachelor's degree is often required; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
