Description
SAIC is looking for an intelligence /data analyst to support the Object Based Production (OBP) Team supporting our Intel customer in Washington, DC. SAIC has been leaders in the field, and at the Agency, for the past ten years, and is looking to expand its support with a OBP / Intel Analyst with SIGINT/IMINT, OBP, and database experience.
This position requires general understanding of Object Based Production (OBP) and Object Based Intelligence (OBI) with experience in intelligence data analysis and intelligence production governance to help support customer defense intelligence solutions, and to incorporate logic-based rules to support ontology development in support of customer operational requirements.
Responsibilities will include:
Develop logic-based rule sets for the Defense Intelligence object intelligence production and analysis to support the five major areas within the Joint Military Intelligence Staff Functions.
Continue development of the Defense Intelligence Enterprise Knowledge Model (DIEKM)
Assist specific mission areas to develop DIEKM compliant application ontologies
Assist the government in conducting Defense Intelligence Enterprise OBI Committee (OBI-C) activities.
Provide Defense Intelligence Agency and Combatant Command Global Support by establishing data and system governance and developing tradecraft standards for structured Analytic Tradecraft Technique.
Qualifications
Clearance: TS/SCI with Poly is Required.
Education: Bachelor's degree.
Years of Experience: 10+.
Willing to travel 10% of the time.
Must have a minimum of 10+ years' Military or Government equivalent experience in All-Source Intelligence.
Must have working experience in Object Based Production (OBP), Object Based Intelligence (OBI) and other Intelligence/Analytical based programs.
Must have a minimum of 1-2+ years' experience in Order of Battle (OB) analysis with knowledge in composition and disposition of forces reporting methodology.
Must have experience using MIDB.
Must have a minimum of 1-2+ years' experience with GCCS and FADE Suite of Tools (MIST, Intelbook,Watchbox,), or other analytic tool suites.
Must be able to prepare and conduct briefings and training to senior staff, gov't officials, and agency personnel in person and utilize VTC, IC Connect and other means.
Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
Must be able to work independently with minimal Government oversight.
Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
