Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer / Prompt Engineer with a strong background in software development and hands-on experience in AI/ML, particularly Generative AI and prompt engineering. This role will involve designing, building, and deploying intelligent systems using cutting-edge machine learning and NLP technologies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 6 years of software development experience, including 2+ years focused on AI/ML projects.
- Strong proficiency with ML/DL frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Practical experience in Generative AI, including:
- Working with large language models (LLMs)
- Designing and optimizing prompts
- Applying prompt engineering patterns
- Implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
- Solid understanding of transformer-based architectures (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, especially their AI/ML services.
- Advanced skills in Python and familiarity with libraries like Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, etc.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, and ability to work with both structured and unstructured data.
- Familiarity with version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and MLOps workflows.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
