Job Details

Job Description: Objective:
  • The Subcontractor shall install and configure two Oracle E-Business Suite modules, specifically Oracle EBS Inventory and Oracle EBS Purchasing, in separate test environments for a US Government-funded research initiative focused on large enterprise systems.
  • Client has multiple partners in this endeavor. As there is no existing data system for this project, existing data will be loaded into the test environments.
  • The Oracle Vision Instance databases may be used initially but will need modification. The Subcontractor will also provide software development as described in the tasks enumerated below and training to project staff on the administration and use of the installed modules, while adhering to specified security requirements for the underlying systems.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • The assigned Subcontractor personnel shall have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with at least 10-15 years of software development experience.
  • The assigned Subcontractor personnel shall have at least 5 years software development experience in integrating 3 rd party applications using Oracle XML Messaging Service. Main deliverables involve integrating the modules above to 3 rd party software running in the same environments.
  • The assigned Subcontractor personnel shall demonstrate the ability to engage with both technical and functional teams.
Deliverables:
  • Technical documentation in Word detailing knowledge transfer, configurations, and solutions upon completion of the subcontract.
  • Weekly status report emails to the project team detailing items completed, issues, and future tasks.
  • Deliverables are due according to the schedule negotiated between the SDR and Subcontractor.
