Title: Production Support Engineer
Location: New York, NY (remote)
Duration: 12+ month contract (long term)
Compensation: $50 - 65.00/hr
Work Requirements: , Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
We are looking for a Production Support Engineer to join our team. The role provides technical support to the variety of individuals that make up the feature/tv production environment. We support various Apple products and services from hardware to software as well as any specialized equipment required for the content creation process. This is a very fast-paced and highly demanding technical support environment. If you have a a strong commitment to customer success, and a passion for making the production process easier though technology this position is for you.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

  • 5+ years of experience supporting technology in a media and entertainment environment
  • Must have experience prodividing IT technical support in a production/on set environment
  • Experience supporting software used during the content creation process (Mac, iOS, iPadOS, and other computing devices)
  • Experience with storage systems such as Quantum, Isilon, Nexus

Nice to Haves
Basic knowledge of networking
Excellent client services skills
Passion to the creating an exemplary customer experience
