Their mission: to redefine how enterprises build software by turning human ideas into production-ready applications with AI that autonomously generates up to 80% of code.

The Opportunity
This is not a typical QA role it s a founding opportunity. As the Founding QA Engineer, you ll build the entire quality engineering function from scratch, designing frameworks and processes to validate AI-generated enterprise-grade software. You ll directly influence product architecture, culture, and quality standards from day one.

What You ll Do

  • Architect automated testing frameworks for AI-generated code across multiple stacks

  • Define QA processes, tools, and standards that scale with rapid growth

  • Build intelligent test suites to ensure production reliability (99.99% uptime targets)

  • Establish quality metrics as company-wide KPIs

  • Collaborate with founding engineers to bake quality into our platform from day one

  • Mentor and grow a world-class QA team as the company scales

What We re Looking For

  • 7+ years in QA/automation engineering with significant architecture responsibility

  • Expertise with Python, Selenium, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub Actions)

  • Proven experience building QA systems from scratch

  • Experience testing distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform preferred)

  • Strong track record of improving QA coverage and reliability at scale

Bonus Points For

  • Background in AI/ML or code generation tools

  • Chaos engineering or resilience testing expertise

  • Open-source contributions in testing frameworks

  • Previous founding or early-stage startup experience
