Description:
* Design, implement, and optimize Dell PowerEdge server solutions to meet business requirements
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with PowerEdge servers and related systems
* Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles for PowerEdge solutions
* Provide expert-level support and guidance to customers and internal teams on PowerEdge server configurations and troubleshooting
* Stay up-to-date with the latest PowerEdge technologies and advancements, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and satisfaction
**Requirements**
* 8+ years of experience in server architecture and design, with a focus on PowerEdge solutions
* In-depth knowledge of PowerEdge server hardware, software, and networking technologies
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
* Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
* Experience with IT service management tools and technologies, such as ServiceNow or BMC Helix
* Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies, including virtualization and containerization
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
