About the Role
We are seeking an experienced QA Tester to join our enterprise-level project team. This role involves working as the sole QA resource on a large-scale ECM platform implementation and migration project for an insurance company. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automation testing, workflow validation, and integration testing, along with a solid understanding of enterprise content management (ECM) systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and execute automation test scripts for workflows and integrations as the project progresses.
  • Validate ECM platform functionalities, including class verification, document integration, and UI decoding.
  • Perform functional testing and ensure quality across migration activities.
  • Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure seamless integration and accurate migration of documents.
  • Conduct AI-based automation testing to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
  • Manage testing in an enterprise-level QA environment, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.
  • Provide detailed defect reports and work closely with stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Act as the sole QA resource, ensuring end-to-end quality assurance for the project.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of QA experience in enterprise environments.
  • 2+ years of migration project experience (document/data migration).
  • Hands-on experience with automation testing tools and scripting.
  • Strong understanding of ECM platforms and document management tools.
  • Experience in integration testing and automating integration workflows.
  • Familiarity with AI-based automation approaches.
  • Insurance industry experience (preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with Radiant or similar insurance platforms.
  • Knowledge of UI decoding and ECM-specific functionalities.
  • Exposure to enterprise-level automation frameworks.
Soft Skills
  • Team collaborator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as the sole QA resource.
