We are seeking a senior and highly experienced Delivery Manager to lead a critical, large-scale SAPS/4HANA implementation program. This role requires a hands-on leader who can not only strategize and plan but also drive daily execution to ensure the successful delivery of a complex, multi-workstream project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large SAP programs, preferably within the CPG industry, and will be an expert in Agile delivery practices. You will be responsible for orchestrating all aspects of the program, from planning and resource management to stakeholder influence and risk mitigation.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in IT project/program management, with a proven track record of successful delivery.

Extensive experience managing complex, large-scale enterprise application implementations.

Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with at least 2 -to- 4 full-lifecycle SAP implementations, preferably with SAPS/4HANA.

Experience in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry.

Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams in parallel and influence senior stakeholders across business and IT functions.

Demonstrated experience as a senior, hands-on leader who can drive execution, build detailed plans, and manage RAID logs.

Proficiency in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools, specifically Azure DevOps (AzureDevOps).

Master's degree in a related field.

PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or other relevant project management certifications.

Experience with the SAP Activate methodology.
