Job Description
Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control in Grand Prairie, Texas is seeking an entry level electrical engineering recent college graduate for our Integration, Test & Evaluation Directorate. This position is in support of missile production to support In-Circuit Tests (ICT) for Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA) and testing of associated harness assemblies for the Test Systems Design and Integration department.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting high/low voltage wiring tests for production harnesses and cables
Conducting in-circuit test development with the Keysight i3070 In-Circuit Test (ICT) System
Learning the process to plan, prepare, and conduct Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) and Harness testing
Reviewing schematics, modeling the test fixtures, working with suppliers to customize the test fixtures
Resolving discrepancies with Unit Under Test (UUT) designers
Following configuration control and release procedures
The candidate must be self-starter, must be able to complete tasks per established schedule and demonstrate a pragmatic approach to solving problems.
This position is full time on site in Grand Prairie, TX. Must be available to begin in October.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in an Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
Familiarity with common lab equipment: Digital Multimeter (DMM), Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office
A good understanding of basic electrical and software engineering skills.
Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance
Desired skills
Technical Writing: Ability to create clear, concise, and well-structured test plans, test logs, and test reports.
Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) testing
Cable or harness testing, e.g., CKT Cable Tester experience or CIRRIS Cable Tester
Experience with the Keysight i3070 In-Circuit Test (ICT) System
Cable or harness fabrication
Familiarity with Troubleshooting test equipment with schematics and documentation
Experience working in a team environment

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $57,500 - $101,430. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
