Job Title:
Tagetik Consultant – Financial Performance & Support (Remote, US Hours)
Location:
100% Remote – Must be available to work US business hours
Type:
Contract (6–12 Months) with potential to convert to Full-Time
Pay Rate:
$100 – $115/hr (W2 or C2C)
Conversion Salary (If Hired): $130,000 – $150,000/year

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Tagetik Consultant with a strong finance and reporting background to support a global organization’s finance operations. You will work closely with business users to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance the recently implemented CCH Tagetik platform.
This is a hands-on support and configuration role, where you will analyze and resolve issues—not just submit tickets. You will guide users through financial reporting challenges, build SQL queries for issue identification, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance financial systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Support end-users by troubleshooting Tagetik issues and guiding them through root cause analysis and resolution
Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement Tagetik enhancements
Build SQL queries and reports for issue diagnosis and dashboarding
Work on budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and performance management modules
Recommend improvements to existing Tagetik configurations based on user feedback and business needs
Assist in continuous rollout of new Tagetik features and enhancements
Required Qualifications:
3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Tagetik implementation and/or support
Tagetik Certification (preferred)
Strong functional knowledge in:
Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
Financial Close & Consolidation (IFRS/GAAP)
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Proficient in writing complex SQL queries
5+ years of experience with AIH (Analytic Information Hub)
Experience using Tagetik Reporting Tools: Excel Add-in, Web Reporting, Smart Insight
Understanding of Tagetik rule engine and scripting
Experience in configuring and deploying Tagetik modules (Financial Close, Planning, Consolidation, etc.)
Nice to Have:
Experience integrating Tagetik with ERP platforms (SAP preferred)
Prior involvement in SDLC/Agile projects in the finance domain
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
Familiarity with foreign currency accounting
Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments
Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and capable of independently managing support tickets and enhancements
Consultative mindset with problem-solving orientation
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a virtual setup
