This is a hands-on support and configuration role, where you will analyze and resolve issues—not just submit tickets. You will guide users through financial reporting challenges, build SQL queries for issue identification, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-users by troubleshooting Tagetik issues and guiding them through root cause analysis and resolution

  • Build SQL queries and reports for issue diagnosis and dashboarding

  • Work on budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and performance management modules

  • Recommend improvements to existing Tagetik configurations based on user feedback and business needs

  • Assist in continuous rollout of new Tagetik features and enhancements

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Tagetik implementation and/or support

  • Tagetik Certification (preferred)

  • Strong functional knowledge in:

    • Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

    • Financial Close & Consolidation (IFRS/GAAP)

    • Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Proficient in writing complex SQL queries

  • 5+ years of experience with AIH (Analytic Information Hub)

  • Experience using Tagetik Reporting Tools: Excel Add-in, Web Reporting, Smart Insight

  • Understanding of Tagetik rule engine and scripting

  • Experience in configuring and deploying Tagetik modules (Financial Close, Planning, Consolidation, etc.)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience integrating Tagetik with ERP platforms (SAP preferred)

  • Prior involvement in SDLC/Agile projects in the finance domain

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred

  • Familiarity with foreign currency accounting

  • Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments

Soft Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Self-motivated and capable of independently managing support tickets and enhancements

  • Consultative mindset with problem-solving orientation

  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a virtual setup
